Aloo-Shaloo de Paranthe :)

And after a long break i come back here! Its been a while since i updated my food blog. It was quite a year without a perfect kitchen but now that i have one back for myself, i promise to update this more often :)

Aloo Paranthas Aloo de Paranthe on this "OH SO PERFECT" rainy Saturday. This high calorie hatti katti Punjab di originated dish is one mouth watering delicacy. Burpppp :))

Yes...i didn't fry them in donut shape...who said medu vadas were supposed to have a hole ;P Too much work you see!!!
